Requirements-
Minimum of
3 months experience
in the care sector (elderly care experience preferred) A caring, positive, and proactive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel when required (driver's license desirable but not essential) Availability to work at least1 weekend in every 4
Responsibilities-
Support residents with daily routines and personal care Maintain accurate care records and documentation Assist colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment Promote the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of residents Undertake light cleaning duties when needed
Desirable Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 in Care
