Two Healthcare Assistants needed for a lovely young man with learning difficulties. Our client is not mobile and he uses a wheelchair, which requires hoisting in and out bed. The hours are in the morning 7am -8:30am and evenings 4:30pm -7:30pm (till 8:30pm on Mondays). Saturday, 10am -3:30pm and Sunday, 3pm - 4:30pm. The shifts are double-handed, and the client requires personal care.
The potential staff will also be allocated to other shifts to make up for their weekly hour of 37.5 hour/week.

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Be flexible to work a variety of hours including weekends
Be able to adhere to all health and safety, and company policies
Live within a commutable distance

To carry out and undertake specific, personal care and light housework which will provide good quality of health and well-being for our service users
To support service users with shopping, hospital appointments and food prep
