Health Care Assistant/support Worker Walker Position

Thanet District, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Prepare4care

are a fast-growing company, who strive to offer the highest quality services within community care.

As a work force, our collective care experience reaches over 50 years! This allows us to understand what exceptional care and support looks like and how to maintain exceptional standards. This also allows us to guide, support and nurture our teams.

We understand the pressures of the care industry, as a care worker and as a fast-growing company, we believe in rewarding our colleagues, rather than funding the director's pockets. This means, our company is more interested in investing in our staff salaries, wellbeing, and client services.

As a domiciliary care worker, you will have a varied and exciting role. You will be providing different care services in the comfort of our client's own homes. Being within the community is an exciting opportunity to visit different clients, not being tied down to one location and gain a wealth of different skill sets. From personal care, medication administration, building professional relationships with GP's, District nurses and so much more.

Prepare4care does not believe in a hierarchy of command, there is no segregation between our managers and outstanding carers. We are one family, one heartbeat.
