Job Description

We are looking for a committed, flexible and sociable person with administration and reception skills to be a part of the health centre team, starting 1 September 2025.

Experience & Background



The successful candidate will need to be a friendly, reliable and capable individual, who can use their own initiative, as well as work as part of a team. Experience of a similar role within a school environment, or with teenagers, would be beneficial.

Duties




You will be responsible for:

Administration support for the Health Centre Supporting the nursing team with reception duties Being the first point of contact for students arriving at the Health Centre Welfare support to students requiring time out
This post is in Regulated Activity.

Hours of Work



During term time, you will be required to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 hrs to 14:30 hrs, with a 30 minute break for lunch. These hours can be flexible - please enquire if interested.


This is a term time plus post working 33 weeks per year during term-time and working an additional 72 hours over the course of the year.

Salary



16,863 annual starting salary based on the above hours and weeks of work, which is pro-rata of the full time equivalent salary of 27,379 per annum.
