Are you passionate about creating safe, compliant, and high-quality environments? Do you thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy driving continuous improvement? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join The Celtic Collection as a Health, Safety and Compliance Advisor.

As a key member of our Health, Safety and Compliance team, you'll support the Head of Department in ensuring our properties meet all legislative obligations while promoting a proactive safety culture. You'll lead audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives across our diverse hospitality and event spaces, including ICC Wales.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -



Essential:

Level 3 qualification or above in Health & Safety.

Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation, food safety, and fire safety.

At least 1 year of recent and relevant experience.

Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

Membership of a recognised professional body.

Experience in hospitality or multi-site environments.

Proven ability to coach and influence at all levels.

Track record of implementing policies and driving positive change.

IMPLEMENTING OUR 'YES, WE CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -




Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations across all properties.


Monitor compliance using software tools and track KPIs such as incident rates and hygiene scores.


Support the implementation of health, safety, and quality systems and policies.


Collaborate with operational teams to ensure corrective actions are completed.


Deliver basic training and support scenario-based drills.


Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement.


Liaise with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure building compliance.


Analyse data and produce actionable reports and insights.
