Our business was built by passionate and committed people and now moveero Ltd, based in Telford, are looking to recruit a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to join their team in a fast paced, primarily off-highway wheel and automotive manufacturing environment.

Role Purpose:



Support compliance to certification standards, Local Authority Permits, and relevant health, safety and environmental legal requirements. Identify and manage cost-effective improvement projects that can promote HSE at the site. Provide support to the plant HSE manager in all HSE related matters. This role is focused on supporting site operations, within all production areas.l.

Key Responsibilities:



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support a safe working environment, considering company procedures and current legislation. Support the HSE manager in maintaining adherence to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Support reporting on all site monthly HSE performance KPI's, ensuring reporting is completed on time and in line with plant requirements. Assist and advise the HSE Manager on meeting HSE objectives. Carry out Health and Safety Risk Assessments and develop risk reduction programs as necessary. Support selection and use of risk control measures. Support operations in complying with HSE site procedures. Carryout daily site safety walks. Support the HSE manager in risk profiling and any appropriate corrective actions Complete internal audits of the plant's HSE systems and site legal compliance requirements against audit plan Support reporting and complete investigations of all minor site accidents, including defining and implementing appropriate control measures through to completion. Provide site administration support for EcoOnline users including the generation of data. Provide administration support for the HSE department including raising requisitions and getting quotes from external suppliers. Support the maintenance and implementation of proactive and reactive monitoring systems. Prioritise, generate and promote safe working practices and adherence to HSE standards at all times. Take part in a performance review on an annual basis.

Qualifications and Skills



Essential

NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (minimum requirement) HSE experience in a relevant manufacturing environment Risk assessment experience Strong oral and written communication Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Is self-aware and aware of others. Recognises what people need and responds flexibly. Is positive and proactive; self-motivated and able to motivate others. Values continuous learning and growth; learns from mistakes and identifies opportunities for improvement. Takes ownership of actions, performance and ways of working. Desirable

Environmental management qualification ISO 45001 auditing qualification ISO 14001 auditing qualification Formal Lean or CI training Experience with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations Experience with fire safety regulations Experience with power presses Experience with welding Experience with LEV

Hours of work: 37 hours Monday to Friday



Salary: upto 42k D.O.E



Annual leave: 185 hours plus bank holidays
