Job Overview

Infinity Fire Prevention Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety Co-ordinator to support our growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring all project documentation, health and safety plans, and site information are accurate, compliant, and effectively communicated across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue Site Packs containing all required project documentation (permits, drawings, RAMS, CPP, emergency contacts, site rules, etc.). Develop and maintain RAMS tailored to each project, ensuring they address specific site hazards and safe systems of work. Draft, update, and submit Construction Phase Plans (CPPs) in line with CDM Regulations 2015. Liaise with project managers, supervisors, and site teams to gather project-specific information. Ensure all documentation complies with HSE requirements, CDM Regulations, and client specifications. Track version control and ensure timely updates to documentation when project scope or site conditions change. Support audits and inspections by providing accurate and organised records Advise Project Managers of any issues which may affect the project. Maintain a central repository of templates and ensure consistency across all documents. Communicate with clients, contractors, and site teams to resolve documentation queries.

Experience

Proven experience in a safety related role, preferably. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Experience in report writing with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely. Familiarity with first aid procedures; certification is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
