We're Hiring: Health & Safety Coordinator

Salary:

24,000 - 26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location:

HQ - Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, SA7 9HZ

Hours:

37.5 per week, Monday to Friday

Monday & Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30 Friday: 09:00 - 16:00

Health & Safety Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Health & Safety policies and procedures in line with UK regulations. Assist in ensuring all departments adhere to safety standards and company procedures. Maintain accurate records of Health & Safety data, incidents, and investigations. Help coordinate safety training, ensuring all staff have access to up-to-date materials. Contribute to emergency response planning, evacuation drills, and incident reporting. Promote a proactive safety culture across the organisation.

Skills & Attributes

Strong willingness to learn and develop within the role. Excellent data management and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Qualifications

IOSH Managing Safely certification. NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards it).
