Health and Safety Manager
We're looking for a
dynamic Health and Safety Manager
to lead compliance, champion a positive safety culture, and drive continuous improvement across our operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on mentoring teams, influencing change, and ensuring the highest standards of workplace safety.
What you'll do:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Mentor site operatives and promote proactive safety practices.
Lead initiatives to improve safety performance and culture.
Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
Deliver training and investigate incidents with actionable solutions.
What we're looking for:
NEBOSH/IOSH certification (preferred).
3-5 years' CDM experience in engineering or similar.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and excellent organisational ability.
