About The Role



MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Review RAMS and provide expert guidance and recommendations. Ensure compliance and enforcement of all quality, environmental, safety, and health (QESH) policies and procedures. Develop and implement tailored safety programs. Conduct risk assessments and inspections across various sites. Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and contribute to internal and external audits. Monitor workplace health and safety risks and hazards, and implement control measures. Generate and maintain QESH documentation in accordance with current legislation and standards. Report, investigate, analyse, and document all QESH incidents thoroughly. Act as Safety Training Coordinator, ensuring employees receive the appropriate health and safety training for their roles. Liaise with the organisation's insurance provider in the event of accidents or issues. Collaborate and communicate effectively on all health and safety matters across teams and departments. Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to support the team and business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE



Qualifications and Experience:



NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent Health and Safety qualification A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Engineering, Construction Industry or similar environment in a Health & Safety role in Health & Safety Working knowledge of Quality Assurance within the construction industry Good knowledge of safe construction methods of work Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent IT skills Strong Knowledge of Legislation in relation to Health & Safety Full UK Driving License
