Overview

The successful candidate will take ownership of RAMS preparation, compliance management and staff onboarding, while also providing vital administrative support to the wider team. Candidates

must be Health & Safety trained, with proven experience in HSE standards and raising RAMS within Groundworks / Civils sector,

in addition to supporting our various teams across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) covering groundworks and civils projects. Manage onboarding processes, including processing enhanced DBS checks, VIVO applications and Thames Water passports. Renew yearly accreditations, CHAS, Construction Line Gold, Safe Contractor & ISO certifications. Provide general administrative support to the team, including document management, scheduling, and communications. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and client procedures. Use Microsoft Office and Excel to produce, update, and track documentation.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

Must be Health & Safety trained with proven experience in preparing RAMS within groundworks and civils sector. Experience in Commercial Fencing an advantage. Familiarity with DBS checks, VIVO and Thames Water passport requirements. Knowledge of industry accreditation renewal procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe. Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: 34,000.00-36,500.00 per year
