Our Construction Health & Safety Team continue to grow and in turn are seeking a proactive and detail focused Administrator. This role will allow you to gain an insight into construction Health & Safety, providing the opportunity to develop into a Health and Safety Consultant.

You will assist the team with day-to-day admin tasks, across an array of projects to include healthcare, education, defence and commercial.

The role will involve;

- Auditing projects for compliance against deliverables

- Maintaining a Project dashboard

- Engaging and assisting team members with keeping projects up to date

- Support in the development of templates through Microsoft Office Tools

- Support in the management and coordination of meetings

- Support with the taking of minutes and distribution

This role will be based in London and as we have adopted a hybrid working model, will be a balance of home and office. Occasional travel to other offices and sites is expected, to engage with the wider H&S team across the Midlands.

About You

This role will suit a business support role, admin role or graduate seeking to working as part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to further their career across construction.

Technical:

  • Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office Software, Word, Excel, Power Point and PDFs
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise workload effectively
Desirable:
  • Some experience in H&S or Business administration
