Health and Wellbeing Parent Champion
Salary: 14.18 per hour, 25,800 per annum, 35 hours per week. Fixed term contract to 31st March 2027
The post holder will work with families to improve their overall wellbeing, focusing on the respiratory health of children by addressing the social determinants of health and connecting them to non-medical interventions, community resources and support services. This initiative aims to reduce the burden on healthcare services, enhance patient outcomes, foster a healthier community and enhance respiratory health in South Sefton.
