Job Description

Healthcare Assistants (HCA) required to provide person centred care to clients within local Residential and Nursing homes in the Healthcare Assistants (HCA) required to provide person centred care to clients within local Residential and Nursing homes in the

Carlisle

Area.

You would be playing a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for clients including; personal care, medications, daily activities and assist residents to lead a more fulfilled life.

You will be paid weekly, with the pay ranging from 12.21 - 14 per hour dependent on pay type.

Hours: Flexible work to suit your lifestyle. Full or part time. Early, late, long day and night shifts are available.

Your daily tasks could include



Helping service users to undertake personal tasks. Serving food and helping them to eat if needed. Changing sheets and making beds. Using equipment to lift and move service users. Notifying healthcare professionals of temperatures, pulse rates, or respiration rates seem abnormal or worrying

Qualifications required



Six months experience within residential homes and care homes within the last two years Training certificates within the last year but not essential You must have the right to work within the UK. Relevant Training Certificates. You must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to understand and be understood.
