We have an exciting opportunity to come and join our new Acute Frailty Hub! If you are a healthcare assistant looking to work in a fast-paced, energetic, caring and supportive environment then this is the post for you.
The post holder will be responsible for assisting the qualified nursing and medical staff in carrying out assigned tasks, involving direct nursing care in support of and supervised by a Registered Nurse/medical staff.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work under the direct supervision of registered health care professional and assist the healthcare team with personal care delivery of a defined group of patients and a range of clinical duties/ tasks, always ensuring that actions taken are undertaken by the individual following appropriate training and within their sphere of competence.
