Please note this role involves working in the community, going from door to door to provide support.

Working in Wombwell, Goldthorpe , Bolton Upon Dearne, Hoyland and Elsecar

Variable hours available

Morning shift 7am to 11am

Lunch shift 11am to 3pm

Tea shift 3pm to 7pm

Bed shift 7pm to 10pm

Also option to work long days from Morning to Bed calls

No need for experience as working in pairs during training.

Candidates must be confident, reliable, flexible and have the ability to use their own initiative when required.

Must be caring in nature and able to work as part of a team with our friendly and dedicated carers providing all aspects of personal care to vulnerable adults in their own home.

Job responsibilities:

To provide top quality care

that is in-line with the service users care plan and choice.

To report to the line manager any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a service user.

To promote service users to remain as independent as possible.

To assist service users with washing, dressing and meal preparation to the required standards.

To assist service users with mobility problems and other physical disabilities and provide support with use of equipment and aids.

To comply with Optimum Healthcare Limited guidelines and policies at all times.
