We are looking for EXPERIENCED HEALTHCARE ASSISTANTS

Salary: 12.21 per hour to 12.95 per hour

At Affinity Staff, we are a big family who works together to meet the needs of our clients as well as our healthcare staff. However, working as a healthcare assistant for Affinity Staff you're in complete control and can pick placements or shifts that suit you, whether you're looking for short term or long-term work as a healthcare assistant. You will do something truly life-changing by supporting people who requires assistance and support with their day-to-day needs.

At Affinity Staff, we provide Healthcare Assistants, Senior carers, Support Workers, Senior support workers to numerous clients within Essex. We have a variety of shift patterns available including long days, earlies, lates, waking nights and sleep ins which cover both full time and part time working hours. We offer a flexible working schedule to suit your availability.

We understand that working as a Healthcare assistant or a support worker is extremely challenging but equally rewarding. We are looking for professionals who are passionate to support others and will work in a team trying to improve the quality of life of others.

The ideal candidate for Healthcare Assistant and Support Worker Roles:

Experience is an advantage, but not essential Driving license is advantageous but not essential Someone who is reliable and has excellent communication skills. Understanding of the importance of promoting dignity whilst providing personal care. Kind, caring and empathetic personality

Responsibilities as a Healthcare assistant

or Support Worker include:

Working in a variety of social care settings Assisting service users with personal care Assisting service users with moving and handling Managing behaviours that challenge Domestic duties Food preparation Completion of daily notes and MARR sheets Being as proactive as possible when on shift and using own initiative
