This is a
domiciliary care role (not a care home position)
and will include a mix of personal care, practical support, and
accompaniment jobs
(such as attending appointments, shopping, or community activities).
Key Responsibilities:
Providing person-centred care in service users' homes
Assisting with personal care, medication support, and daily living tasks
Accompanying service users to appointments and outings when required
Building professional, respectful relationships with service users
Working as part of a supportive care team
Maintaining accurate records and following care plans

Ability to work well within a team
Willingness to learn and develop skills
Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential
Driving licence not required, but welcomed
