Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

As a
Healthcare Assistant
, you'll be delivering person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans, ensuring dignity, respect, and comfort for all patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents or patients.
Assist with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, mobility, and meals.
Monitor and record observations (temperature, pulse, respiration, etc.).
Support nurses and senior staff in delivering effective care plans.
Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
Maintain accurate and timely care records.
Comply with infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of UK-based clinical experience
(essential).
Up-to-date
Mandatory Training Certificates
.
Right to work in the UK
.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, patient, and professional approach to care.
Flexibility to work full-time across various shifts (days/nights/weekends).
Desirable:
Valid
DBS certificate
(on the Update Service preferred).
Experience in care homes, hospitals, or supported living settings.
