Care Assistant at Ardtully Retirement Residence
Are you a caring and compassionate individual with a passion for providing
person-centered
care to elderly residents? Ardtully Retirement Residence is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team.Requirements:
- Experience in a care setting
- Level 2 or 3 NVQ in health and social care
- Genuine interest in the well-being and happiness of residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care to residents
- Offering emotional support and companionship
- Assisting with feeding and meal times
- Operating the tea trolley
- Updating care notes accurately
- Communicating effectively with senior staff and other team members
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and other visitors
