Job Summary


We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care to residents in a care home setting, ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity and that individuals' rights to privacy, independence and choice are met with kindness and compassion.

This role requires effective communication skills, working as an integrated member of a multi-disciplinary care team, delivering high quality personal and nursing care to all residents according to their needs and expectations.

You will be expected to successfully complete and practice the Royal Star & Garter HCA Competency Framework.

Essential requirements:



1. Is willing to work towards an appropriate competency based qualification

2. Is physically fit and able to carry out the duties of the role

3. Good written and verbal English language and communication skills

4. Resident focused

5. Computer literate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 27,748.00-30,205.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
