Healthcare Assistant

Location:

Rochdale, OL16

Pay Rate:

13.50 - 16.00 per hour

Shifts:

Part Time, Nights | 2 shifts per week | 10pm - 7am

Meet Our Client

We're supporting a 15-year-old boy with complex health needs. He is a calm and gentle young person who enjoys listening to music, watching TV, and spending time with his family.


He is unable to communicate verbally and is also immobile, requiring his care team to fully assist with personal care and mobility while anticipating his needs to help prevent any distress or frustration.



At night, he will already be settled in bed when his care team arrives. Your role will involve carrying out regular checks throughout the night, ensuring his comfort, managing clinical interventions, and providing personal care as needed to support a safe and restful night.

What You'll Need

3 months' care experience Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling Clear communication skills
