We look after patients pre and post-operatively that require close monitoring, personal care, manual handling and pain management. Other duties include, monitoring vital signs, monitoring blood glucose levels, escalating acutely unwell patients, caring for patients living with Dementia, recording ECGs, assisting patients with eating and drinking, documentation, communicating within the Multi Disciplinary team, and assisting patients with toileting and mobilising.
