We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services, providing support to both patients and healthcare professionals. Duties
Coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely follow-up on care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of healthcare programmes and initiatives.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organised workspace.
Provide administrative support including answering calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Monitor patient feedback and assist in improving service delivery based on insights gathered.
Experience
Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
