Main duties of the job

 In this exciting role, you will: 
 Fully integrate into the Multidisciplinary Team: Have the opportunity to attend ward rounds and work with the HCOOP/Frailty lead to shape the service. 
 Provide training and teaching: Train FY1 and FY2 doctors, become an educational supervisor for trainee pharmacists, and supervise foundation pharmacists. 
 Engage in service level activities: Play a key role in the continuous improvement of our services. 
 Line management and practice supervision: Take on responsibilities in managing foundation pharmacists and acting as a practice supervisor, educational supervisor, enhancing your leadership skills. 
 Pursue further education: Undertake the Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) course to expand your qualifications
