Healthcare Partnerships Innovation and Outcomes Manager UK - Berkshire/Hybrid

  • 12 month contract

They have a reputation for providing effective products for the treatment of diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD, HIV AIDS, Parkinson's disease, Arthritis, and pain relief in Cancer.
The Healthcare Partnerships Innovation and Outcomes Manager (HPIOM) will lead on the development and implementation of partnership working with NHS healthcare organisations and systems, bringing innovation to life and delivering outcomes which benefit patients and the NHS. The HPIOM will collaborate with the NHS to implement local / national strategies for improved healthcare delivery whether existing models of care, innovative models of care, or company led programmes.
The HPIOM will ensure that all customer partnerships delivered through a Collaborative Working or other appropriate framework, enables them to be seen as a different kind of partner to the NHS in the delivery of system change.
The HPIOM will engage in partnership working with strategic healthcare systems and lead across PIO programmes (both from a customer and a colleague perspective) at a Sub-National / Area level.
Candidate requirements:
  • Project Management
  • Knowledge and experience of Collaborative Working
  • ABPI exam (essential)
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Customer Leadership
  • Understanding the NHS environment
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with senior customers and manage a complex array of internal stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking ability, with well-developed inter-personal and influencing skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working and evidence of successful working in a matrix organisation
  • Proven ability to innovate, to take idea to implementation
  • Ability to build customer advocacy through knowledge, experience and credibility
