Our Helpdesk Operatives play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring every request is handled efficiently while maintaining a calm, courteous, and professional manner at all times.
You will provide a responsive and reliable service, managing all helpdesk and dispatch duties to support the delivery of an effective maintenance operation.
You may be exposed to sensitive information and situations - therefore, professionalism, integrity, and discretion are essential qualities for success in this role.
The Role

• Manage and update the computerised task logging system to coordinate staff and workflow.
• Allocate and communicate tasks using internal and external paging and radio systems.
• Maintain accurate records of on-call and duty staff, supporting audit requirements.
• Produce and support routine reports and audits as requested by management or the Trust.
• Ensure all calls and tasks are completed, logged, and escalated in line with Company and Trust procedures.
• Follow all emergency and data protection protocols, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
