Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator
to join our busy healthcare clinics in Bangor and Holywood. This is a key role where you'll welcome patients, keep things running smoothly, and make every visit feel professional and positive.

What You'll Do
Be the warm, professional first point of contact for patients in person, by phone, and online
Manage bookings and enquiries using our clinic IT systems
Take payments and confidently discuss pricing when needed
Keep the reception area running smoothly and organised
Support the wider admin team with day-to-day tasks
Ensure patients always leave feeling well cared for
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in administration or customer service
Confident communicator - clear, professional, and approachable
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential, able to pick up new systems quickly)
Organised and reliable, with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working independently in a busy clinic environment and as part of a supportive team
Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday (some evening shifts required).
