About the Role
This is a fast-paced, people-first role where you'll be at the heart of our business--connecting clients with top-tier care staff. You'll be a key part of our business development efforts, using your natural rapport-building skills to win new clients and keep existing ones happy.
You'll be making sales calls, meeting decision-makers, and nurturing long-term partnerships--while helping ensure exceptional care is delivered to those who need it most.
What you'll be doing:
Making outbound calls and visiting prospective clients to generate new business
Managing existing client accounts with care and consistency
Recruiting, supporting, and placing healthcare staff across various roles
Hitting weekly KPIs and tracking your sales performance
Acting as a trusted point of contact for both clients and candidates
Coordinating recruitment processes from start to finish
