As a
Healthy Homes Operative
, you'll be on the front lines of property care-tackling repairs, eliminating hazards, and ensuring our homes meet the highest health and safety standards. Your mission? To make every home a safe haven.
What You'll Be Doing:
Fixing with Purpose:
Carry out essential repairs and improvements across our growing property portfolio.
Fighting Mould:
Use specialist techniques to treat and permanently remove mould-protecting residents' health.
Spotting Hazards:
Identify and assess risks using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
Smart Scheduling:
Balance ad-hoc and planned visits to maximise your time and reduce travel.
Customer First:
Deliver top-tier service with a "first-time fix" mindset-every visit, every time.
What You Bring:
Solid knowledge of
property maintenance
and
HHSRS
Familiarity with
RdSAP
assessments
Confident using
Microsoft Office
and digital tools
Excellent
communication
and
customer service
skills
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
