Part-Time Hearing Care Assistant

to join our friendly, close-knit team.

The Role:

As a Hearing Care Assistant, you'll be a key part of our clinic's daily operations, providing valuable support to our audiologist and delivering excellent care to our patients. You'll have the chance to work in a supportive, friendly environment where your contributions will make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic Provide support during hearing assessments and fittings Help with basic hearing aid maintenance and repairs (don't worry, we'll train you!) Perform ear wax removal procedures (full training will be provided) Manage appointment bookings and patient records with attention to detail Offer advice and aftercare support, ensuring patients feel comfortable with their hearing aids Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised clinic environment Assist with general admin tasks and other duties as needed

About You:

Warm, friendly, and approachable - you're someone who enjoys talking to people and helping them feel at ease Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment Enthusiastic about learning new skills, especially in the hearing care field Experience in customer service, healthcare, or retail would be an advantage but is not essential - we'll provide full training A genuine interest in supporting people with hearing loss and improving their quality of life

Pay: 12.50-16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
