The Role

We're seeking an experienced Heat Pump Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This is a field-based role covering the South East region, primarily focused on servicing and maintaining heat pump systems, MVHR units, and associated electrical and plumbing components. You'll be the face of Elite Renewables for our customers post-installation, ensuring their systems operate at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular scheduled maintenance visits for heat pumps and renewable energy systems Diagnose and repair faults in heat pump systems, MVHR units, and associated components Complete system health checks and provide recommendations for optimisation Maintain detailed service records and provide clear explanations to customers Identify opportunities for system upgrades or additional services Manage your own schedule to maximsse efficiency while delivering exceptional service Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures Provide technical feedback to our design and installation teams

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience servicing and maintaining heat pump systems (essential) Strong electrical and plumbing knowledge Experience with HVAC/MVHR systems (highly desirable) Relevant qualifications (e.g., F-Gas, electrical certifications, plumbing qualifications) Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills and a professional, presentable demeanor Customer-focused approach with the ability to explain technical matters clearly Full UK driving license Well-organised with good time management skills
