We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Buyer with Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including buying , installation, and maintenance. This role involves working on various air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
Duties
Design and implement HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot issues using schematics and diagnostic tools to identify problems effectively.
Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into new builds or renovations.
Perform field service tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC/R equipment.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Skills
Proficient in HVAC design principles and practices.
Experience as a service technician with a focus on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems as they relate to HVAC installations.
Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of welding techniques applicable to HVAC installations.
Experience in property maintenance, ensuring all aspects of HVAC systems are functioning properly.
Competency in using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting.
