The role:
We're looking for a knowledgeable Heating and Cooling engineer who has excellent industry experience covering Boilers, Heat Pumps and A/C to join our team. The role is office-based where you'll be engaging with installers all over the UK, supporting new installations, offering advice and support to our internal teams, and helping grow our installation volume and helping ensure we maintain a full national support and service to our customers
The successful candidate would be positioned within our current team - a fast paced, hyper-reactive environment responsible for all things installation based including technical support and customer interaction.

Experience is key with this role as the successful candidate will be a pillar of support to both our internal teams and customers, therefore having the knowledge and experience to help and guide them through their queries. We have a responsibility to our customers, contractors and regulators to ensure all completed works are compliant and meet our own high standards. Managing and engaging at a distance is crucial to getting the most from our partner installers and clients.
General responsibilities:
Support installers by providing solid technical advice, building regulations knowledge, and manufacturer-specific requirements
Support new partners and maintain high levels of performance with the existing team.
At times, solution finding to help both staff and customers with their installations.
Provide feedback to the installation network with the findings on completed desktop audits, and raise and oversee issues until resolved.
Help and advise customers on suitable products for their homes and look for solutions and recommendations to help support installations.
