Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing , Heating and Gas Manager to oversee operations within our services division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient management of Mechanical and gas-related projects, including installation, maintenance, and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all service operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations. Oversee the installation and maintenance of all systems, including plumbing and Heating. Conduct regular inspections of Engineers and equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Provide training and guidance to junior staff on best practices in gas management. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and compliance with safety protocols. Working with Office manager and senior engineer to ensure all daily works are planned and materials ordered .

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role or relevant field, demonstrating mechanical knowledge. Proven record of Man management skills. Ability to create accurate profitable quotations inc delivery. Proficiency in performing basic maths for measurements and calculations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
