McCabe Earthworks Ltd are currently looking to recruit an experienced Heavy Plant Fitter to work in our well established company for the Armagh area. This position is a Permanent role and you may be expected to cover other sites throughout Northern Ireland when needed.

Job description:

Heavy Plant Fitter. You will work as part of a team of Plant Mechanics to undertake routine servicing and repair work of heavy plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities: -

Experience with quarry equipment 360 excavators, ADTs, telehandlers, crushers, screeners. Routine servicing of Heavy Plant Machinery Maintenance and repair work of Heavy Plant Machinery Attendance to breakdowns on site
THE CANDIDATE:

Due to the specialist nature of this role, it is essential that you have experience of working with quarry plant machinery. The ideal candidate will be reliable and able to work under their own initiative. You will have excellent communication skills to confidently liaise with the machine operators/drivers on site to identify problems and then use your previous experience and knowledge to repair the machinery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week
