Help Desk Administrator
Salary: \xc2\xa325-30k depending on experience
Hours: 9:00-5:30pm
Location: London Bridge - this will be a full-time office based role
Standard pension, 25 days holiday plus 1 day for your birthday if it falls on a week day
Do you have experience as a Help Desk Administrator? This retail maintenance company with offices based in London Bridge could be perfect for you!
The purpose of the role will be to provide reactive maintenance help desk support to clients across the UK as well as administrative duties.
Duties:
- Raise and issue reactive calls, emails
- Issue work to engineers and sub-contractors
- Issue purchase orders
- Chase work updates and liaise with clients
- Update client systems with status updates
- Produce reports
- Process invoices
- Any other duties as and when required
- Experience within a help desk role is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident user of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Happy to work from the office 5 days a week
