Dpg FSS Ltd are a multi-trade company working within the retail sector. We have contracts with 2 leading supermarkets, service stations and many retail outlets.
We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. You will have strong customer service skills to maintain high levels of user satisfaction. You must have good communication skills and be confident on the telephone. You will have good Microsoft skills and be able to navigate around portals. You will be required to be part of an on-call rota

Duties



Taking phone calls from clients logging jobs and allocating to field technicians Updating portal Invoicing Planning jobs General office duties

Skills



Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
