Skanska Building Services are a leader in facilities management, trusted by top-tier clients across critical sectors, incl Defence , Education and healthcare . Right now, we're looking for Helpdesk Administrator to be based on a crucial MoD contract in London

What you'll do:





Administration and allocate and close out planned and reactive works through CAFM system Administration of sub-contractor logistic arrangements, including processing of service records and permit documentation, cross referencing the CAFM system as required to ensure correct information is recorded Provide administrative support to the Operational & Technical team Resource planning and allocation of resource to support in the delivery of direct/third party works in and out of hours Logistical access arrangements for all areas including secure areas for engineers and contractors as required; this includes car parking arrangements, and ensuring correct processes are followed Assist with the local team's general administration Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may arise from time to time as required by the Helpdesk Manager

What you'll bring to the role:





Experience in a similar FM Helpdesk role Strong customer facing expertise Able to gain and maintain DV security clearance Able to work onsite 5 days per week in London


This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. You should be aware that certain levels of clearance or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and would not be eligible to undertake this role.
