Summary

:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for strong Helpdesk Administrator support to join our well-established team. The role is crucial in assisting our service functions, collaborating with our field-based engineers, speaking with our clients, working closely with our suppliers, and reporting directly to the Operations Director.

About you:



Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client care. Solid understanding of operating systems, computer networking, and desktop support. Experience with CAFM systems (like Ostrava, FixFlo, Expansive FM, Dwellant) is essential for the role. Ability to analyse technical issues and provide effective solutions. Experience in building maintenance/FM/M&E sectors preferred.
You'll be an excellent communicator, able to build long standing, friendly relationships with clients and your colleagues.

You'll be keen to learn, happy to turn your hand to multiple tasks and be a team player.

You'll be proficient using the latest computer software (MS Office 365, Teams, Outlook Sharepoint).

You'll have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

You'll have an excellent telephone manner, able to handle incoming customer calls and respond accordingly.

You'll contribute to raising standards across the business.

Although full training and development in the specifics of the job role will be provided, our preference is that you'll have proven experience in a Helpdesk Administrator role in the building maintenance sector (or similar).

Based at our Hildenborough office in Kent, so living within close proximity (30 minutes) is preferred.

Pay: 35,000.00 per year
