This key role will see you join a dedicated team of over 200 onsite Skanska colleagues committed to delivering a first class Facilities Management Service to c3000 military personnel.
One of the key teams onsite is the Helpdesk Team - who provide a 24/7 helpdesk service to the client, many of whom reside at the site.
Please note this is a shift role, requiring you to works both Days and Nights on a rotating shift pattern.
Working as a Helpdesk Administrator you will take calls to report problems on site and log a job on the CAFM system or transfer the call to the number/person asked for.
What you'll do:
Answers calls and emails from the customer within agreed SLAs
Be aware of the escalation process Out of Hours
Ensure all MT vehicles are signed for
Ensure all accommodation keys are signed for and any spare rooms that are given out and the correct form is filled out
Make sure customers are phoned/emailed if a call back has been requested
Provide support to accommodation when needed during working hours
Be a part of 5S keeping the work environment safe, tidy, professional, and conductive to premier site

This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. You should be aware that certain levels of clearance or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and would not be eligible to undertake this role.
