Building maintenance and refurbishment is carried out in stations, depots, signal boxes, lineside buildings, arches, carparks and roadways. Our clients include Network Rail, Train Operating Companies, Freight Operating Companies, Heritage Railways and Light Rail.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable, confident and enthusiastic Helpdesk Coordinator to join a small but busy team based at our Head Office in Elderslie. They will be the go-to person for making sure all support requests are handled efficiently and to assist employees and customers with any issues.
Role Responsibilities
Distribute reactive works to Contract Managers
Process all purchase orders within agreed timescales
Undertake Filing, this will include job sheets/purchase orders and all paperwork
Accurate logging of all reactive/planned tasks into CAFM System and creating job packs
Update CAFM System with key information such as operative attendance details, arrival and departure details and completion information
Liaising with Contractors and planning attendance dates in order to meet our SLA's and also completion details
Answer high call volumes and maintain rate according to agreed standards. All calls require to be answered in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
Update clients on general queries
What we are looking for
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Excellent time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate a high standard of customer service skills
Ability to organise own work schedule whilst working as part of a team
