Helpdesk Coordinator

to join the team at our Head Office in Uddingston. As our Helpdesk Coordinator you will be working on a variety of contracts and providing crucial support to our wider team.

This is a fully Office based role. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am- 3:30pm



What you'll be doing



Providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the team. Responding to helpdesk calls and emails, keeping clients updated and informed. Raising jobs and issuing purchase orders to engineers and subcontractors. Ensuring all works comply with SLA requirements and are logged accurately. Updating planners for site visits and uploading reports with precision and attention to detail. Building great relationships with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

We're looking for someone with



Previous admin or helpdesk experience, ideally within facilities management or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, someone clear, professional, and personable. Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems. A proactive attitude, willing to learn and get stuck in.
