About the Role

ABC Managed Solutions Ltd is seeking a friendly, organised and proactive

Helpdesk Coordinator

to join our growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming helpdesk calls and customer enquiries Log and update tickets accurately within our internal systems Allocate tasks to engineers and manage resource scheduling Monitor job progress and ensure timely updates to customers Provide excellent customer service with a positive, friendly manner Support the wider operations team when required
