We're now looking for a Helpdesk operator to help in the running of the operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Organize and lead the focus on improved productivity levels by communications with the customer.
Prepare, monitor and report operational KPIs as required always ensuring an improvement in service to the client is maintained
Ensure that daily operational issues are dealt with in a proactive, efficient and timely manner specifically those relating to quality and service.
Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced.
Act as a point of contact between internal departments and customers, ensuring information is disseminated

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Experience from within a warehouse desirable
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Minimum 12 months experience in Customer Facing role
IT Literacy - Microsoft Office
Good standard of English
Successful candidates must undergo an Access NI basic check, a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
