BAM FM is recruiting a Helpdesk Operator to support school & commercial projects in the South West but based at Blaise High School, Bristol.
Making Possible
Issue reactive and planned tasks to site teams and monitor each task through to completion.
Contact and chase sub-contractors for attendance and paperwork.
Comply with strict contract SLA, ensuring that tasks are completed within agreed timescale.
Monitor open tasks on a daily basis, chasing contractors and/or staff when required.
Provide administration support to the projects ensuring notes are added to provide the lates update
Log bookings for internal & external clients.
Be the first point of contact via the telephone and e-mail for our clients.
Liaising Purchase Orders Reactive and Planned.
Your team
Support school & commercial projects in the South West but based at Blaise High School, Bristol.

What do you bring to the role?
A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills.
A positive and flexible approach to work.
Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
