About the Role:
As a Helpdesk Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication across all accounts. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, prioritising tasks, and maintaining accurate records in a dynamic helpdesk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage all incoming telephone traffic, ensuring calls are handled efficiently and in line with client procedures.
Prioritise incoming requests via the Helpdesk dashboard and escalate issues when necessary.
Accurately log and maintain records on all company databases.
Respond to and action all email correspondence in a timely manner.
Identify and report any operational issues or delays to the management team.
Support the Helpdesk Supervisor and Manager in daily tasks and assist in training sessions when required.
Attend and contribute to regular team meetings, assisting with follow-up actions.
Maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner at all times.
About You:
Previous experience in a helpdesk or similar customer-focused role.
Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a 'can-do' attitude.
IT proficient, particularly with Outlook and Excel.
Flexible in working hours and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
Must have a UK Drivers license and FT access to a car.
Must be based within a 45-minute commute of Bristol, BS14.
