BAM FM are recruiting an FM Helpdesk/Reception Assistant, based out of Dalkeith Schools Community Campus, working 37.5 hours per week Monday- Friday. Making Possible
The FM Helpdesk/Reception Assistant is responsible for providing reception duties, greeting visitors to site and being the interface with the general public and building users at Dalkeith Schools Community Campus. You will provide excellent customer service and professional service to all customers either face to face, by telephone or via email.
You will be required to assist the leisure department by taking bookings from the public and operating the point of sale machine and till for any payment. You will carry out helpdesk duties, recording any actions using the agreed procedures and notifying FM Management where required.
