Helpdesk Scheduler
Location: Manchester (Office-Based)
Salary: 24,000 - 26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
YourConstruction is proud to be working in partnership with a growing and dynamic Facilities Management company based in Manchester. We are seeking an organised and proactive Helpdesk Scheduler to join their thriving team.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate engineers for planned and reactive maintenance jobs
Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from clients
Log and update service requests accurately in the system
Monitor job progress and ensure completion within agreed SLAs
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
Assist with general administrative tasks as required

Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
Confident using IT systems and databases (experience with CAFM systems is a bonus)
A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
