Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team based at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford. This is a permanent full-time position working from 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Key activities:

  • Organise and oversee a customer focused Help Desk, supervising the team who support the needs of the John Radcliffe Hospital
  • Support the helpdesk by receiving calls, logging on to the FM Support System, feeding through to operational staff and reporting back to the end-user/customers
  • Monitor call activity and produce call volume reports
  • Provide administrative support to the department including dealing with telephone, written and personal enquiries. Escalate any reported sickness/absence and find cover
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Support the recruitment of Helpdesk Administrators
  • Working 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Skills, qualifications & experience:
  • Must have experience of providing excellent customer service ideally on a helpdesk
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems)
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Ability to multi task in a busy work environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role is desirable
  • Previous experience of using a Computer Aided Facilities Management - CAFM system (in this case Maximo) is desirable
